After signing a preliminary agreement (which is deductible from your build cost) we will obtain all the necessary property information required, including a soil test, engineering and a 7-star energy report. Once we have everything we need, the final price is confirmed, and domestic building insurance is obtained.
An appointment is made, at our showroom, on M-F within business hours where you will select colours and review and sign your building contract. If preferred this appointment can be online and your contract can be signed electronically. We will then obtain the building permit and determine the site start date.

Each home will differ from the next, but we will quote these works and include them in your fixed price contract.
